WEBSITE INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
How Pulse Hatch handles website enquiries, member accounts and technical information.
Who to contact
Pulse Hatch operates this website from Islamabad, Pakistan. For privacy questions, corrections or requests about your information, email hello@pulsehatch.pk or contact the official desk.
Information you provide
Enquiry forms can collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, message, referral code and the source page or URL. Member registration collects a role, name, email, phone and account password. Member settings can include a bio, qualification, expertise and website link. Passwords are stored as password hashes rather than readable account passwords.
Provide only the information needed for your enquiry. Do not put passwords, identity documents or confidential client material in public messages or general enquiry forms.
Technical data and cookies
The enquiry system stores a hashed network-address identifier, browser user-agent information and submission time for abuse prevention and administration. Hosting services may maintain request and security logs. The website also records aggregate daily visit counts by public page.
Member and administrator areas use session cookies for sign-in and account security. Calculator features may use cookies or browser storage to manage visitor trials and saved preferences. External services may process technical information when their embedded features are loaded or when you follow their links.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, administer accounts and calculator access, review profile requests, maintain referral records and protect the website. A relevant service provider may receive the project details needed to respond to an enquiry routed through Pulse Hatch. Public profile information is subject to review; submitting an enquiry does not itself create a public profile.
Survey workspace and optional device permissions
The Survey Workspace keeps project records, notes and preferences in browser storage. Photos, video and voice attachments are kept in the browser’s IndexedDB storage. Location, microphone or screen-capture features request device permission when you choose the corresponding action. Survey records can include precise coordinates and identifying project media; only capture and share material you are authorised to use.
If you connect Google Drive, the optional backup feature uploads survey records and attached media to your selected Google account using the Drive file permission. Automatic backup can run after you connect when its setting is enabled. You can turn off automatic backup or disconnect Drive. Local records and Drive backups are separate copies: review both when removing data. Browser storage can be lost when site data is cleared or the device is unavailable, so keep a backup of important work.
External map and satellite services receive network requests needed to show the map area you view. Google sign-in, Drive, maps and linked services apply their own privacy terms. Device permissions can be changed through your browser or device settings.
Website assistant
Abeeha uses Google Gemini when its server connection is available. Your question, up to four recent chat messages, the current public page and any pinned project notes are sent to Google with relevant public website excerpts to generate English and Roman Urdu answers. Google’s free API tier may use this content to improve its products under its applicable terms. Do not include passwords, API keys, payment details, sensitive personal information or confidential client material.
Pinned notes and theme/language preferences are saved on your current device in browser storage. New chat clears the current chat context; it keeps pinned notes until you choose Clear notes or clear browser storage. Pulse Hatch stores daily request counts and hashed network identifiers for limits, rather than chat text. Public guide answers remain available if AI is unavailable or its quota is reached. Personal contact details are submitted separately through the consent form. If a paid OpenAI connection is enabled in future, this page will be updated to explain that provider’s processing.
Read Google Gemini API terms for provider handling of free-tier content. Chat answers link to relevant public sources; a linked paper is not treated as fully read unless its content has been supplied.
Google advertising, if enabled
If Google advertising is enabled on this website, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this or other websites. Google advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on those visits.
Third parties may place or read cookies, use web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers as a result of ad serving. Read how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services.
You can manage personalised Google advertising through Google Ads Settings. You can learn about other participating advertising providers and their choices at AboutAds choices. Any region-specific consent choices required for advertising will be provided when those features are enabled. This section does not mean advertising is already active.
Storage, access and your choices
Project submissions and account records are stored in protected website storage and are accessible to authorised administrators. Hosting, backups and service tools can involve third-party infrastructure. Records are kept while needed for enquiries, account administration, security or relevant recordkeeping; this policy does not promise an automatic deletion schedule.
You can request correction or deletion through the official desk. We may need to verify the request and retain records needed for security, unresolved transactions or applicable obligations. Browser controls can remove or block cookies, although sign-in and some tool features may stop working.
External links and updates
WhatsApp, social networks and other linked services have their own privacy practices. Check their policies when using them. We will update this page when website features or information practices materially change.
