WEBSITE INFORMATION
Terms of Use
Practical terms for using Pulse Hatch content, tools and enquiry services.
Content and calculator results
Public guides, calculators and draft maps support initial planning and learning. Outputs depend on their inputs, assumptions and source quality. Confirm drawings, quantities, equipment, local rates, site conditions and applicable requirements with the relevant qualified provider before committing to work.
A mapped project extent is not proof of title. Modeled terrain, runoff and concept routes are not final design approvals. Each case study states its project status and evidence limits.
Services, profiles and enquiries
A website enquiry starts a discussion. Scope, pricing, deliverables, responsibilities, payment and schedule must be agreed for the specific project. Profiles describe the information available for that person or company; availability and project suitability should be confirmed through the official desk.
Do not impersonate others, submit misleading claims, use automated abuse or attempt to bypass account and calculator access controls. Keep your own sign-in credentials private.
Content ownership and submissions
Pulse Hatch content and project presentations identify their source and contributor where relevant. Client materials and third-party maps retain their respective ownership and credits. Ask before copying project images, redistributing files or reusing someone else’s work commercially.
When submitting portfolio material for publication, ensure you have the rights and any client permission needed. Private enquiry attachments are not automatically licensed for public publication.
Referrals, access and updates
Referral and campaign eligibility, rates and payment conditions depend on the published programme or the specific written agreement. Public Solar and Construction calculators are currently free in Advanced mode without login, subscription or calculator credits. Managed portfolios, branded tool development and other professional services are separate paid work. If public access terms change, the tool and its supporting pages will be updated. Referral examples do not guarantee earnings.
Features and content may change during testing. Report errors through the official desk. Read the Privacy Policy for how website information is handled.
